The Silverstone F1 Grand Prix is one of the biggest dates on the event calendar so Tommy T and the Belletones were more than excited to be invited to perform there!
Once the action on the track was over it was time to get the party started! R&R organised entertainment for a number of parties at Silverstone and one of them was a charity event at the prestigious British Racing Drivers Club.
With motor racing legends of past and present in attendance as well as some other very famous faces, the evening began, with a wonderful set by KT Tunstall as the sun went down.
Next it was R&R’s DJ A-Roxx’s turn to raise the tempo before introducing the fabulous Tommy T and the Belletones.
Tom and his band were simply brilliant and without doubt made the evening.
Tommy T is so much more than a band – it’s a fully choreographed show – and from the first beat of the drum they had the audience captivated. Those that weren’t pulling shapes on the dancefloor (yes we saw you Jake Humphrey) were watching and singing along to classics such as Junglebook’s ‘I wanna be like you‘ to ‘Footloose‘ right through to a 50’s style and inspired version of ‘Killing in the name of‘ From start to finish the dance floor was full.
